Since its launch Teams has been transforming the way we work and communicate.
Whilst some of the features are very straight forward and intuitive to use, to get the most out of Microsoft Teams you really need a little bit of support and guidance. That’s what this course is all about. It will give you the skills to manage teams in Microsoft Teams for effective collaboration.
Who is this training course for?
This training is for existing users of Microsoft Teams, who are responsible for creating and managing teams. People in control of a Team or responsible for creating Teams (Team Owners), even if they are new to or just starting out creating Teams and managing them. Please also review the Teams Essentials course to ensure you are confident with the content of that course before attending this one.
Who is this training course NOT for?
This training is NOT for new users of Teams. Teams administrators may find this course useful prior to Teams Admin training, but it does NOT cover Teams admin centre.
