Training Overview

To help strengthen your management skills, our Additional Tools for Managers training course is designed for experienced managers and will invest further in your development. So, whether you are looking to create a deeper connection with your team, generally manage more effectively or are interested in exploring leadership and management in more detail, this training could be for you.

This training can be taken as a follow-on programme to Adapt’s ‘The Essential Tools for Managers’ course, or for those who have been working in a management role and wish to further extend their knowledge and skill set.

It is designed to help you to become a more effective, agile and authentic manager. The training will give you the skills to transition from a manager to a highly effective leader of your team(s).

Course Pre-Requisites

Participants for ‘Open’ courses should have reviewed the outline of ‘Essential Tools for Managers’ training course and have working experience of the content covered in that course.

There are no pre-requisites for participants attending a ‘Closed’ company training programme.

Course Objectives

By attending this training course, you will be able to –

  • Reflect further on your management and leadership style and how it really impacts on your team.
  • Communicate plans and business objectives, and appropriately cascade them.
  • Promote workplace integrity and encourage open communication within your team.
  • Set an example for others to observe and present them with a set of actions they can adopt for the greater good.

  • Develop a workplace free of unconscious bias where individuals are encouraged to be themselves and ensure fairness and equal outcomes.
