ITIL® is the most widely accepted approach to IT service management in the world. The ITIL 4 framework focuses on facilitating value co-creation through IT-enabled services and interactions between service providers and service consumers.
The Foundation level certifies that each participant has gained the knowledge of the ITIL terminology, structure and basic concepts, and is a prerequisite in order to progress through the ITIL 4 certification scheme.
