Course Overview
Sexual harassment, whether from colleagues or third parties such as members of the public, can harm employees’ well-being, productivity, and workplace culture. Employers are urged to implement measures to safeguard their workforce. The importance of these measures were made even stronger with effect from 26th October 2024; employers are now legally required to take reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace.
This training is designed to provide managers with the knowledge and practical tools to prevent and address sexual harassment in the workplace, ensuring compliance with UK laws and fostering a safe, respectful work environment.
