Helping Others to Implement Change

2 Days

Introduction

Transforming an organisation is one of the primary challenges of leaders in an organisation.  Project Teams also find themselves involved in implementing change when leading projects.   Many projects are created for that very reason – to bring about change!  Project teams spend a lot of time getting the solution right to, only to encounter resistance from those affected that has no relationship to whether or not the change is appropriate. 

This course helps those that lead projects which cause change to understand how to build a plan and strategy to ensure success.  It also examines how to take advantage of possible resistance to achieve successful implementation.  It also includes the tools required to determine the nature of the problems to be addressed by the project or implementation team.
