Creating Sales through Customer Service

Introduction

Effective customer service ensures that you meet your customer’s needs.  Helping your customer to identify these needs and take advantage of your products/service in the best possible and most cost effective manner is the best service your company can provide your customers.  This course is designed for those who face the dual roles of providing service to their customers on a reactive basis, and who are challenged to support company revenue targets through proactive selling. 

Activities and exercises are emphasised to ensure application of materials is practised.  Use of examples from the delegates real environment help ensure a real impact or work after the training.
